Responsabilidades e atribuições Monitoramento em Tempo Real: Acompanhar as rotas, o status das entregas e as movimentações da frota por meio de sistemas de rastreamento e da torre de controle.Gestão da Jornada de Motoristas: Acompanhar o cumprimento da jornada de trabalho, pausas obrigatórias e tempos de descanso, garantindo a conformidade com as legislações trabalhistas e de trânsito (ex: Lei do Motorista).Gestão de Alertas e Exceções: Identificar e atuar rapidamente em desvios de rota, atrasos, paradas não programadas ou ocorrências durante a viagem.Comunicação Ativa: Manter contato direto com os motoristas para alinhamentos, suporte operacional e resolução de imprevistos na rota.Registro e Controle: Registrar ocorrências em sistemas internos, atualizar planilhas de controle e elaborar relatórios diários de performance e desvios.Interface com Outras Áreas: Acionar equipes de apoio (manutenção, atendimento ao cliente ou operações) sempre que necessário para solucionar ocorrências críticas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimentos Técnicos:Domínio do Pacote Office (especialmente Excel: fórmulas, tabelas e gráficos).Familiaridade com sistemas de rastreamento (TMS, gerenciamento de risco ou telemetria) será um diferencial.Noções básicas da legislação de trânsito e jornada de motoristas.Competências Comportamentais:Boa comunicação verbal e escrita (empatia e clareza no contato com motoristas).Resiliência e inteligência emocional para lidar com situações de pressão e imprevistos.Organização, atenção aos detalhes e foco em resolução de problemas.
