Buscamos um(a) Analista de Cibersegurança Sênior para atuar na Engenharia de Identidades e Acessos (IAM), com foco na construção de automações, integrações e soluções que apoiem os processos de autenticação, autorização e gestão de acessos da companhia.

A pessoa fará parte da torre de Automação em IAM, desenvolvendo APIs, serviços, workflows e integrações entre sistemas corporativos e plataformas de segurança. Mais do que experiência prévia em IAM, buscamos fluência em automação, visão de engenharia e interesse em aprender e evoluir no contexto de identidade digital.

Principais responsabilidades 

Desenvolver e evoluir APIs, serviços e integrações entre sistemas corporativos. 

Construir automações para processos relacionados ao ciclo de vida de identidades e acessos. 

Desenvolver workflows que reduzam atividades manuais e aumentem a eficiência operacional. 

Integrar aplicações e plataformas de segurança, incluindo soluções de IGA e PAM. 

Participar das definições técnicas e de arquitetura das soluções desenvolvidas. 

Aplicar boas práticas de engenharia de software, segurança, qualidade e observabilidade. 

Documentar soluções e colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares na resolução de problemas. 

O que buscamos 

Experiência com desenvolvimento backend utilizando Python ou tecnologia equivalente. 

Fluência em automação, demonstrada na criação de scripts, serviços, integrações ou workflows. 

Conhecimento de integração entre sistemas e desenvolvimento ou consumo de APIs. 

Conhecimento de engenharia e arquitetura de sistemas. 

Conhecimento geral de bancos de dados. 

Perfil analítico, colaboração e disposição para aprender temas de identidade e segurança. 

Será um diferencial 

Experiência com sistemas de autenticação e autorização. 

Conhecimento em SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 ou OpenID Connect (OIDC). 

Experiência ou contato com soluções de Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). 

Experiência ou contato com soluções de Privileged Access Management (PAM). 

Conhecimento em Policy as Code aplicado a ambientes cloud. 

Vivência com serviços ou plataformas cloud. 

Conhecimento em práticas DevOps, versionamento, CI/CD ou Infrastructure as Code. 

Conhecimento em modelos de controle de acesso, como RBAC e ABAC. 

Perfil que combina com a oportunidade 

Uma pessoa com mentalidade de engenharia, que goste de automatizar tarefas, integrar sistemas, simplificar processos e construir soluções seguras e sustentáveis. Não é necessário chegar como especialista em IAM: valorizamos repertório em backend e automação, curiosidade técnica e capacidade de aprender no dia a dia.
