Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar no atendimento e agendamento de consultas e exames, proporcionando uma experiência acolhedora, humanizada e eficiente aos nossos clientes.Essa posição terá um papel importante no cuidado com o cliente, desde o primeiro contato, por meio de uma escuta ativa e atendimento empático, até a realização do agendamento e esclarecimento de dúvidas.Buscamos uma pessoa comunicativa, paciente, acolhedora e organizada, que saiba ouvir, compreender as necessidades de cada cliente e oferecer orientações claras, sempre respeitando os procedimentos e padrões estabelecidos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar atendimento aos clientes por telefone e/ou canais digitais, proporcionando uma experiência humanizada, acolhedora e resolutiva;Praticar escuta ativa, compreendendo as necessidades do cliente e conduzindo o atendimento com empatia e atenção;Realizar agendamentos, confirmações e orientações sobre consultas, exames, produtos e serviços;Esclarecer dúvidas e fornecer informações de forma clara, segura e cordial;Conduzir o atendimento respeitando os roteiros, procedimentos e protocolos estabelecidos;Realizar argumentações e negociações quando aplicável, sempre priorizando a necessidade e a experiência do cliente;Executar procedimentos técnicos e operacionais conforme as solicitações recebidas;Registrar corretamente os atendimentos e as informações no sistema, garantindo a qualidade e precisão dos dados;Classificar e tabular as demandas conforme os critérios estabelecidos, identificando prioridade, gravidade e criticidade quando necessário;Acompanhar solicitações encaminhadas às áreas responsáveis, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e a resolução das demandas;Realizar follow-up com o cliente quando necessário, mantendo-o informado sobre o andamento de sua solicitação;Zelar pela confidencialidade das informações e pela segurança dos acessos e dados dos clientes;Cumprir normas, procedimentos e protocolos da operação;Atuar com foco em qualidade, satisfação do cliente e alcance das metas estabelecidas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, SAC, call center, agendamento ou áreas relacionadas;Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;Perfil acolhedor, empático e paciente;Forte habilidade de escuta ativa e compreensão das necessidades do cliente;Facilidade para explicar informações de forma clara, simples e cordial;Capacidade de manter a calma e oferecer suporte em situações delicadas;Organização e atenção aos detalhes, especialmente no registro de informações e agendamentos;Capacidade de seguir protocolos e procedimentos com responsabilidade;Agilidade para lidar com diferentes demandas e sistemas;Conhecimentos básicos em informática;Comprometimento com qualidade, humanização e excelência no atendimento;Desejável experiência com agendamento de consultas, exames, clínicas, hospitais, laboratórios ou serviços de saúde.
