Aqui, valorizamos o desenvolvimento profissional, o trabalho em equipe e a construção de relacionamentos positivos com nossos clientes, contribuindo diretamente para a excelência no atendimento e o fortalecimento da nossa marca.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais atividades• Atuar na resolução de demandas e direcionamento de solicitações para as áreas responsáveis.• Acompanhar o andamento dos projetos e fornecer atualizações aos clientes sempre que necessário.• Garantir um atendimento de qualidade, buscando a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes em todas as interações.• Registrar e atualizar informações nos sistemas da empresa, garantindo o correto acompanhamento das solicitações.• Esclarecer dúvidas relacionadas aos produtos, serviços e etapas do processo de instalação de sistemas de energia solar.• Colaborar com as equipes de vendas, instalação e suporte técnico para garantir alinhamento das informações e cumprimento dos prazos.• Realizar atendimento aos clientes por diferentes canais de comunicação, como telefone, e-mail, WhatsApp e demais plataformas utilizadas pela empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos• Ensino médio completo.• Conhecimento básico em informática e ferramentas digitais.• Comprometimento com a qualidade do atendimento e cumprimento de prazos.• Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e interagir com diferentes áreas da empresa.• Habilidade para resolução de problemas, com foco na experiência e satisfação do cliente.• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com clareza, empatia e cordialidade no atendimento ao cliente.• Capacidade de organização e registro de informações em sistemas de atendimento e controles internos.• Experiência ou familiaridade com atendimento multicanal, incluindo telefone, e-mail, WhatsApp e demais plataformas digitais.Diferenciais• Ensino superior em andamento ou concluído.• Vivência com sistemas de atendimento, CRM ou plataformas de gestão de chamados.• Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente, SAC, relacionamento com clientes ou Customer Experience (CX).Informações adicionaisBenefícios• Salário fixo de R$ 2.003,63 • Vale-transporte disponibilizado por meio do cartão Ifood Benefícios.• Vale-refeição de R$ 27,84 por dia pago mensalmente.• Assistência médica disponível para adesão.• Wellhub (antigo Gympass), com acesso a academias, aplicativos de saúde e bem-estar.• Convênios educacionais com instituições parceiras, incluindo Cruzeiro do Sul, Braz Cubas, Senac e escolas de idiomas.• Convênio com o SESC para acesso a atividades culturais, esportivas e de lazer.• Jornada de trabalho presencial de segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h.
