Terá como principal objetivo encantar e converter novos alunos, estabelecendo um relacionamento de confiança com as famílias e promovendo os diferenciais da nossa instituição.Se você é motivado(a) por resultados, gosta de trabalhar com metas e deseja fazer parte de uma equipe que transforma a vida de crianças e jovens através da educação, essa vaga é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento ativo e receptivo: Realizar o atendimento de famílias interessadas, seja por telefone, e-mail, WhatsApp ou presencialmente, proporcionando uma experiência acolhedora e informativa;Prospecção e follow-up: Fazer a prospecção de novos alunos, mantendo contato constante com as famílias em todas as etapas do processo de matrícula;Agendamento de visitas: Convidar as famílias para conhecer a escola, garantindo que as visitas sejam bem organizadas e acompanhadas de perto;Acompanhamento do processo de matrícula: Orientar as famílias durante todo o processo, desde a primeira consulta até a finalização da matrícula, garantindo uma transição tranquila e satisfatória;Gestão de leads: Utilizar o sistema de CRM para acompanhar e registrar o progresso das negociações e realizar ações estratégicas de vendas com base no funil de matrículas;Trabalhar com metas de conversão: Focar em atingir as metas de agendamentos, visitas e matrículas estabelecidas pela coordenação comercial da escola, contribuindo para o crescimento da instituição;Gerenciar a agenda: Gerenciar a agenda da Coordenações que atenderão às famílias novas na apresentação da escola.Requisitos e qualificaçõesHabilidades de comunicação interpessoal e negociação: Capacidade de criar empatia e confiança com famílias, apresentando os diferenciais da escola de maneira clara e cativante;Foco em resultados: Proatividade para buscar novas oportunidades e superar metas de matrícula;Organização e gestão de tempo: Ser capaz de gerir várias demandas simultâneas e acompanhar diferentes etapas do processo de vendas;Negociação eficaz: Ser capaz de lidar com objeções e desafios apresentados pelas famílias, garantindo uma condução segura e estratégica para o fechamento de novas matrículas;Conhecimento em CRM: Experiência no uso de sistemas de gestão de leads e acompanhamento de vendas;Perfil acolhedor e empático: Capacidade de lidar com as preocupações e expectativas das famílias, demonstrando paciência e empatia;Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horários flexíveis, incluindo alguns finais de semana para eventos e visitas.Diferenciais:Familiaridade com o mercado educacional e com os desafios de marketing e vendas para escolas;Experiência com funil de vendas e estratégias de captação de alunos;Habilidade em realizar apresentações e tours com famílias de forma envolvente;Capacidade de lidar com metas e bonificações com motivação.Informações adicionaisContratação: MEI40 horas semanaisSalário fixo + Vale transporteHorário: Das 09h00 às 18h00 ou 08h00 às 17h00 (Segunda a sexta)
