A pessoa Agente de Microcrédito Urbano atua no time de Microfinanças, e tem como missão captar e manter clientes potenciais assessorando seus negócios em conformidade com a política, realizando análises, concessão de crédito, entre outras atividades da área de atuação.

Se esta função está alinhada ao seu propósito profissional, vem pra CAMED MICROCRÉDITO!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesFazer cobrança dos créditos inadimplentes, conforme a metodologia estabelecida; Orientar os clientes de sua carteira e verificar a aplicação dos créditos concedidos; Elaborar plano de ação das rotinas operacionais de sua carteira de clientes conforme metas estabelecidas; Estabelecer contato com o cliente, cumprindo as etapas metodológicas definidas pelo Programa de Microfinanças; Colher informações econômicas e financeiras sobre as atividades dos clientes em seu local de trabalho para analisar a concessão do crédito; Atender às solicitações de crédito, visitando clientes potenciais e dando-lhes ciência sobre o encaminhamento das propostas de crédito de acordo com os manuais de política e procedimentos; Realizar promoções e palestras informativas sobre produtos de Microfinanças e de outros eventos que tenham por finalidade captar novos clientes e manter os ativos; Entre outras demandas relativas a área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios: Maioridade (18 anos completos); Formação: Ensino médio completo; Disponibilidade para viagens intermunicipais; Conhecimento em Informática e Pacote Office (Word e Excel); Experiência em vendas, negociação, cobrança e atendimento ao público.Informações adicionaisSalário: Salário Base de R$ 1.806,36; Remuneração Variável podendo chegar até R$ 2.437,86; Gratificação (DH informa durante o processo seletivo).
