Responsabilidades e atribuições Atender o cooperado conforme sua necessidade de forma proativa e reativa, de acordo com o Jeito Ailos de Fazer Negócios, realizando atendimento presencial e contato com a base (giro da carteira), prospectando novos, sendo PF ou PJ, ofertando os produtos e serviços, exceto investimentos, de forma consultiva, visando manter o relacionamento, principalidade do cooperado, atingimento dos objetivos da Unidade de Atendimento e sustentabilidade da cooperativa.Atualizar cadastro do cooperado conforme política vigente da Cooperativa, checando a documentação, bem como a veracidade das informações, mantendo os contatos atualizados e a digitalização, mantendo o cadastro atualizado e visando a mitigação de riscos.Solicitar a documentação para admissão de conta de cooperado PF ou PJ, seguindo processo e preenchendo as informações solicitadas conforme a instrução de trabalho, bem como analisando a veracidade das informações, visando a qualidade do cadastro.Registrar os atendimentos na ferramenta gestão de relacionamento, imputando os dados coletados, buscando gerar leads para negócios futuros, alinhamento na comunicação e relacionamentos.Receber o pedido de desligamento, realizando uma escutatória com o cooperado, entendendo os motivos e apresentando alternativas de reversão, não sendo possível a reversão, abrir o processo e encaminhar para o gestor, visando a manutenção do quadro de cooperadosAcompanhar os painéis e os números da Unidade de Atendimento, acessando os dados, buscando mobilizar o time e aplicar as estratégias de negócios e o atingimento dos resultados estabelecidos.

Requisitos e qualificações Superior Cursando em: Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Economia e/ou áreas afins;Certificação Anbima ativa;Vivência comercial;DiferencialConhecimento de produtos e serviços financeiros;
