Se você está pronto(a) para esse desafio e quer fazer parte de algo grandioso, vem para a Cresol e embarque na onda laranja! 🧡✨ Juntos, vamos mais longe! 🚀Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar estrategicamente na prospecção, expansão e fortalecimento da base de cooperados (Pessoa Física, Pessoa Jurídica e Agronegócio), executando as diretrizes comerciais da regional e garantindo o crescimento sustentável da cooperativa nas cidades de atuação.

Avaliar, identificar e mapear oportunidades de mercado e potenciais cooperados em todos os segmentos (PF, PJ e Agronegócio);Realizar visitas de atendimento estratégico e presencial nas agências sob sua responsabilidade regional;Apoiar o atendimento de cooperados atuais e prospecções, direcionando as demandas para a equipe da agência concretizar a formalização dos contratos;Desdobrar e executar as estratégias comerciais definidas pelo Diretor Comercial e pelo Gerente Regional, adaptando as ações às necessidades específicas de cada agência;Assegurar a rentabilidade e a sustentabilidade no desenvolvimento de novos negócios e na manutenção da carteira regional.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo, preferencialmente em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins;Desejável pós-graduação/especialização em Gestão de Negócios ou Gestão de Pessoas;Possuir CPA, C-Pro R ou C-Pro I;Possuir experiência no mercado financeiro;CNH B;Total disponibilidade de deslocamento para atendimento presencial nas cidades de abrangência da regional no RS (São Pedro do Sul, Cachoeira do Sul, Jaguari, Santa Maria, Tupanciretã, Júlio de Castilhos, São Vicente do Sul e São Sepé);Habilidade para construção de relacionamentos de longo prazo e trabalho em equipe;Postura ética, profissionalismo, dinamismo e forte orientação para resultados.
