•  É o profissional responsável por monitorar, inspecionar e auditar processos, produtos ou serviços prestados, garantindo que estejam em conformidade com os padrões operacionais padronizados (POPs), especificações técnicas, normas de segurança e requisitos dos clientes. Seu objetivo principal é identificar desvios, prevenir falhas e fornecer dados para a melhoria contínua das operações.

Responsabilidades e atribuições• Checagem rigorosa da qualidade de apartamentos e verificação de diferenciais entre as categorias de quartos.  •  Consulta e inclusão de dados operacionais nos sistemas CM e Service-One, consulta da Ficha Nacional de Registro de Hóspedes e registro de observações, preferências e dados de ocupação no log book.  •  Acompanhamento e resposta a comentários de hóspedes, foco em atingir e manter altos índices de satisfação (CSAT/NPS). •  Mapeamento de hóspedes VIPs, clientes frequentes (habitues) e coordenação de solicitações especiais.  •  Coordenação de aberturas de cama (turndown service) com inclusão de brindes e produtos específicos por categoria. •  Execução de atendimento telefônico interno em total conformidade com os manuais da empresa. •  Comunicação Assertiva, Didática e Empatia  •  Atenção aos Detalhes e Imparcialidade  •  Inteligência Emocional e Resiliência💙 Aqui, cada detalhe importa — e seu trabalho será essencial para oferecer uma experiência de excelência aos nossos hóspedes.
