Você atuará tanto na unidade quanto em ações de campo em Canoas:🏬 Na Unidade (Atendimento Presencial): Acolher clientes, entender suas necessidades e construir relacionamentos de confiança com foco na melhor solução de telecom.🚪 Em Campo (Prospecção & Vendas Externa): Atuar ativamente nas ruas de Canoas prospectando novos clientes, apresentando propostas comerciais e garantindo um pós-venda de excelência para soluções de internet e tecnologia.🎪 Ações & Eventos Locais: Participar e apoiar ações externas e eventos na cidade para movimentar a marca, engajar a comunidade e captar novas oportunidades.📊 Gestão & Rotina Administrativa: Alimentar sistemas internos, acompanhar indicadores de desempenho e fazer a gestão da sua carteira de propostas e vendas.

Requisitos e qualificações 📋 O que buscamos em você (Requisitos e qualificações)🎓 Escolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo.💼 Afinidade Comercial: Paixão pela área de vendas e facilidade no relacionamento interpessoal (experiência prévia em vendas/atendimento B2C é um diferencial).💻 Conhecimentos Básicos: Facilidade com informática básica, navegação na internet e atendimento via mídias sociais.🛠️ Ferramentas: Domínio básico em ferramentas administrativas (planilhas e Google Workspace).🚗 Diferencial: Possuir Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH categoria B ativa).💡 Perfil que se destaca no nosso time:Excelente comunicação verbal, escuta ativa e facilidade de conexão.Empatia e atitude focada em resolver os problemas do cliente.Proatividade, foco no atingimento de metas e orientação a resultados.
