O agente de segurança deve ser educado, mas sem comprometer a postura de segurança ou flexibilizar procedimentos ao lidar com pessoas impacientes ou autoridades. Lidar com pessoas exige inteligência emocional para manter a cortesia mesmo diante de reações hostis.
