Realizar o controle de acesso a unidade, zelando pela segurança dos usuários, colaboradores e do patrimôniofísico.Desde dezembro de 2015, a SPDM/PAIS é responsável, em parceria com a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde do Rio de Janeiro, pelo gerenciamento do Hospital Municipal Pedro II.A infraestrutura do Hospital conta com dez andares, nos quais estão distribuídos os serviços de emergência e de Unidade de Tratamento Intensivo (UTI) adulta, pediátrica e neonatal; maternidade; clínica médica, cirurgia-geral e bucomaxilofacial, neurocirurgia, psiquiatria, pediatria e ortopedia. Exames de imagem (raio X, tomografia, ultrassonografia, eletrocardiografia, ecocardiografia) e laboratoriais também são realizados na unidade.Devido à grande população de idosos da Zona Oeste, região assistida pelo Hospital Municipal Pedro II (HMPII), há duas Enfermarias destinadas ao atendimento desse público.O Centro de Tratamento de Queimados é outro diferencial entre os serviços oferecidos, e que dispõe de uma UTI exclusiva para prevenir infecções, que podem ser muito graves para quem está com queimaduras.Além disso, a unidade conta com a Coordenação de Emergência Regional (CER) Santa Cruz, que possui 39 leitos, e tem como objetivo absorver as demandas de menor complexidade, deixando o HMPII liberado para os casos de risco iminente de morte, necessidade de cirurgia urgente e/ou internação. Um diferencial deste CER é o fato de possuir atendimento especializado em Psiquiatria e Obstetrícia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir a conservação das instalações no que diz respeito à segurança física do prédio;Realizar o controle de entrada e saída de empregados, pacientes e visitantes;Realizar rondas periódicas em todo o edifício, verificando a presença de pessoas não autorizadas a permanecernos andares, zelando pela segurança física dos empregados, pacientes e demais pessoas que estiverem dentro dohospital;Orientar os visitantes sobre o término do horário de visita dos pacientes internados;Intervir durante os possíveis conflitos existentes envolvendo pacientes, acompanhantes e empregados;Atender as solicitações dos clientes internos, contribuindo para a melhoria da qualidade dos serviços prestados;Orientar pacientes, acompanhantes e visitantes, fornecendo-lhes informações sobre o funcionamento do hospitalsempre que solicitado;Encaminhar objetos extraviados no interior do hospital para serem cautelados e guardados no setor destinado atéa procura do dono para serem retirados;Comunicar a liderança, qualquer irregularidade dentro de seu plantão para que possam ser tomadas asprovidências cabíveis;Controlar o acesso de veículos e ambulâncias; Impedir a entrada de vendedores e ambulantes não autorizados acomercializar dentro do prédio;Cobrar de empregados, pacientes e visitantes na área interna do prédio, o uso correto da identificação fornecidapelo hospital;Controlar saída de materiais e equipamentos, conforme solicitado;Cumprir com rigor as normas internas da instituição, principalmente no tocante a horários de acesso de visitantese acompanhantes;Realizar as atividades de área/setor, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações daInstituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Fundamental completoExperiência mínima de 06 meses na funçãoInformações adicionaisProfissionais de empresas parceiras, fornecedores e/ou prestadores de serviços, vínculo com grau de parentesco ou afinidade no mesmo serviço ou que atuam em outra modalidade contratual (vínculo com o prestador), deverão observar normativas de RH vigentes, através de consulta junto ao setor de Recrutamento e Seleção.Benefícios:Alimentação no Local;Vale Alimentação;Assistência Médica (adesão facultativa);Assistência Odontológica (adesão facultativa);Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.Auxilio Creche;Insalubridade de 20% do salário mínimo;Adicional noturno = 20% em cima da hora trabalhada, considerando o horário de 22:00 às 07:00 h.Local: Santa Cruz - Rio de JaneiroEscala: 12 horas de trabalho X 36 horas de descanso.
