O Serviço Integrado de Acolhida Terapêutica - SIAT III se caracteriza como um serviço de acolhida de médio prazo, (dois anos) prorrogáveis a depender do desenvolvimento do beneficiário, oferece ação integrada de serviços e equipamentos das Secretarias Municipais da Saúde - SMS, de Assistência e Desenvolvimento Social - SMADS e de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Trabalho - SMDET para acolhida de médio prazo com tratamento em saúde, ações de assistência social e de qualificação profissional.UA:

As Unidades de Acolhimento (UA) são residências temporárias que oferecem cuidado integral e proteção a pessoas em sofrimento psíquico ou em vulnerabilidade devido ao uso de álcool e outras drogas, acompanhadas nos Centros de Atenção Psicossocial Álcool e outras Drogas (CAPS AD), onde o atendimento é sempre construído a partir de um Projeto Terapêutico Singular (PTS), elaborado junto com a pessoa, e continua sendo desenvolvido nos demais pontos da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial (RAPS).

As UAs oferecem acompanhamento médico e psicológico, além de moradia temporária de até 6 meses.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no acolhimento e acompanhamento dos beneficiários, promovendo qualidade de vida, autonomia e prevenção de situações de risco. Desenvolver atividades de orientação, escuta, lazer e convivência, além de auxiliar nas atividades diárias, higiene, alimentação, cuidados com a saúde, medicação e atividades externas. Contribuir para a mediação de conflitos, integração da equipe e discussão dos casos, participando de reuniões e mantendo registros e comunicação adequados.
