Com o maior hub de dados e informações do cenário financeiro brasileiro, lideramos iniciativas que realmente importam: defendemos os interesses dos nossos parceiros e investidores, fornecemos ferramentas analíticas e dados, educamos investidores e certificamos profissionais, além de estabelecermos regras para as instituições do mercado financeiro e de capitais.Buscamos um(a) Agile Coach Sênior para impulsionar a evolução da maturidade ágil, conectando estratégia, governança e execução em um ambiente altamente regulado.A atuação será transversal, promovendo a disseminação de práticas alinhadas ao processo de desenvolvimento existente e impulsionando eficiência no fluxo de entrega, com foco em qualidade, integração entre equipes e decisões orientadas por métricas.Procuramos alguém com visão sistêmica, alta capacidade de influência e pragmatismo, capaz de traduzir conceitos ágeis em resultados concretos, sempre equilibrando agilidade com controle e confiabilidade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPropor, adaptar e disseminar práticas ágeis alinhadas aos processos e à realidade organizacional;Apoiar equipes e lideranças na adoção prática de métodos ágeis, acompanhando cerimônias e rotinas de trabalho;Atuar na integração entre práticas ágeis e os processos formais de gestão de projetos;Identificar impedimentos organizacionais e atuar de forma ativa na sua remoção, promovendo a colaboração entre áreas;Definir, implementar e acompanhar métricas de fluxo e indicadores de agilidade, apoiando a tomada de decisão orientada por dados;Apoiar coordenadores e gerentes na evolução da maturidade ágil das equipes;Promover capacitação e aculturamento em agilidade de forma estruturada e contínua.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Informática, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas;Também serão considerados cursos de graduação com base matemática, desde que acompanhados de pós-graduação ou cursos técnicos na área de Tecnologia da Informação.Desejável:Pós-graduação ou especialização em Gestão de Projetos e/ou Métodos Ágeis.Experiência sólida (mínimo de 8 anos) com práticas ágeis;Experiência comprovada como Agile Coach, Scrum Master Sênior ou em papel similar em contexto organizacional;Sólido conhecimento em:Kanban (gestão de fluxo);Scrum (com visão crítica e adaptativa);Métricas de fluxo (lead time, throughput, WIP, aging);Vivência na implementação de práticas ágeis em ambientes complexos e com múltiplas equipes;Capacidade de integrar práticas ágeis a processos formais de governança (ex.: PDS, compliance);Experiência na identificação e remoção de impedimentos organizacionais (interáreas);Habilidade de facilitação de workshops, cerimônias e sessões de melhoria contínua;Forte capacidade de influência, mesmo sem autoridade formal.Experiência em ambientes regulados (financeiro, mercado de capitais, órgãos reguladores etc.);Certificações em agilidade (ex.: Kanban Management Professional – KMP, Certified Scrum Professional – CSP ou equivalentes);Experiência com transformação ágil em escala (múltiplas áreas e sistemas);Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de fluxo (ex.: Jira, Azure DevOps);Vivência na definição e construção de indicadores gerenciais (dashboards executivos);Experiência com gestão de mudança e aculturamento organizacional.Informações adicionaisConfira Nossos Benefícios:Vale Refeição R$ 1.177,00;Vale Alimentação R$ 925,00;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Modelo de trabalho híbrido;Seguro de Vida;Previdência Privada;Auxílio Home Office;Licença Parental de 6 meses para todos os colaboradores da ANBIMA;Auxílio Funeral;Parcerias, Day Off de aniversário e muito mais...Local de trabalho: Nosso escritório fica na região do centro do Rio de Janeiro.
