Requisitos e qualificaçõesA experiência exigida passa a ser: pelo menos 2 anos atuando como Agilista, Scrum Master, Agile Coach ou papel equivalente.

Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação ou área relacionada

Experiência com Azure Devops

Experiência com utilização de Inteligência Artificial (profissional ou pessoal)

Experiência em liderança em projetos

Conhecimento em métricas de fluxo (Lead Time, Cycle Time e Throughput);

Certificações: PSM II, CSM ou KPM

Diferenciais:

MBA na área de TI Experiência com fluxo contínuo; Experiência com OKRs e planejamento trimestral; Vivência em transformação organizacional; Conhecimento em Lean; Atuação em contextos com múltiplas squads e diferentes níveis de maturidadeConhecimento em DORA metrics e team topologies
