.Responsabilidades e atribuições Projetar, desenvolver, integrar e implantar soluções de Inteligência Artificial Generativa, LLMs e agentes inteligentes;Transformar desafios e necessidades de negócio em soluções automatizadas, inteligentes, escaláveis e integradas;Desenvolver workflows e automações utilizando ferramentas como n8n, Microsoft Power Automate e Microsoft Copilot Studio;Construir aplicações e serviços utilizando Python, APIs e integrações com sistemas corporativos;Projetar e implementar arquiteturas baseadas em LLMs, RAG, bases de conhecimento, chatbots e agentes de IA;Desenvolver soluções utilizando frameworks como LangChain, LangFlow, n8n ou tecnologias similares;Atuar na integração de soluções de IA com plataformas e serviços cloud, incluindo AWS Bedrock/AgentCore, Azure OpenAI e Vertex AI;Aplicar práticas de LLMOps, incluindo avaliação, monitoramento, observabilidade, segurança, governança e evolução contínua das aplicações;Desenvolver e integrar APIs, serviços e componentes necessários para disponibilizar soluções de IA em ambientes produtivos;Participar de todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento da solução, desde o entendimento do problema e definição da arquitetura até a implantação e sustentação em produção;Avaliar novas tecnologias, frameworks e abordagens de IA que possam gerar ganhos de eficiência, automação e inovação para o negócio;Trabalhar em parceria com áreas de negócio, tecnologia, dados e demais stakeholders para identificar oportunidades e definir soluções;Garantir boas práticas de engenharia de software, segurança, escalabilidade, qualidade e manutenção das soluções desenvolvidas.

Requisitos e qualificações Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida 1 vez por semana em Av. JK - Sao Paulo; Experiência profissional sólida em Inteligência Artificial, IA Generativa e desenvolvimento de soluções baseadas em LLMs; Experiência prática no desenvolvimento de agentes inteligentes, chatbots, RAG e bases de conhecimento; Sólidos conhecimentos de Python e desenvolvimento de aplicações e serviços; Experiência com APIs, integrações entre sistemas e arquitetura de soluções; Experiência com ferramentas de automação como n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio ou similares; Conhecimento e experiência com frameworks de IA, como LangChain, LangFlow ou equivalentes; Experiência com pelo menos uma das principais plataformas cloud de IA, como AWS Bedrock/AgentCore, Azure OpenAI ou Vertex AI; Conhecimento de LLMOps e práticas relacionadas à avaliação, observabilidade, monitoramento, segurança e governança de aplicações com LLMs; Conhecimento de arquiteturas de IA Generativa e sistemas baseados em agentes; Experiência com desenvolvimento e implantação de soluções em ambientes produtivos; Perfil hands-on, com capacidade de construir soluções e colocar projetos em produção; Capacidade de traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas, com visão de produto e orientação a resultados; Boa capacidade de comunicação e interação com equipes multidisciplinares; Desejável experiência em ambientes corporativos de grande escala e integração com diferentes sistemas e plataformas.
