Essa tribo é responsável pelo produto Ian (Agente de IA do Asaas). Nesta posição, você será responsável por impulsionar a evolução das soluções baseadas em Inteligência Artificial, conectando tecnologia, produto e estratégia de negócio. Oferecemos a possibilidade de trabalho remoto/home office.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIdentificar oportunidades para uso de IA que nos auxilie na conversão de novos clientes com uma experiência conversacional via Whatsapp, com automações, insights e personalização de jornada;Trabalhar com dados para tomar decisões, validar hipóteses e medir o impacto das soluções baseadas em IA;Atuar junto aos times de Engenharia e Design para criar experiências centradas no usuário, tecnicamente viáveis e com inovação tecnológica;Garantir que as soluções de IA sigam princípios de ética, segurança e conformidade regulatória;Ser protagonista na descoberta de problemas e na proposição de soluções de negócio utilizando IA;Comunicar claramente objetivos, aprendizados e resultados a stakeholders técnicos e não técnicos;Fomentar uma cultura de aprendizado e experimentação dentro do time de produto.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com chatbots, agentes de IA ou integrações conversacionais (WhatsApp, APIs, etc.);Experiência consistente como Product Manager em produtos digitais (preferencialmente em fintechs ou serviços financeiros);Vivência com produtos ou soluções baseadas em Inteligência Artificial, especialmente voltadas à automação, atendimento ou personalização;Familiaridade com IA generativa, LLMs ou modelos preditivos aplicados a negócios;Conhecimento em métricas de produto e habilidade em trabalhar com dados (familiaridade com SQL é desejável);Boa comunicação, com capacidade de traduzir complexidade técnica em valor de negócio;Vivência em squads multidisciplinares, com interação entre produto, engenharia e design;Interesse e autonomia para estudar tendências e aplicações práticas de IA no mercado financeiro.DiferenciaisEnsino superior em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Certificações ou cursos voltados para IA, Product Management ou Data Science (ex.: Tera, PM3);Experiência com produtos regulados pelo Banco Central;Vivência anterior em fintechs ou empresas SaaS voltadas a serviços financeiros;Experiência com ferramentas e plataformas de IA generativa (API, Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, etc.);Experiência com soluções de IA voltadas à geração de receita ou suporte a áreas comerciais e de marketing.Informações adicionaisCarga horária de 8h por dia (segunda a sexta-feira — não compensamos os sábados);Contratação CLT.
