Estamos em busca de um(a) AI Software Engineer , para atuar em uma empresa de desenvolvimento de software. A missão do(a) AI Software Engineer é impulsionar a evolução da engenharia de software da empresa utilizando Inteligência Artificial como acelerador de produtividade e qualidade.No dia a dia, essa pessoa atuará ao lado do Arquiteto Técnico para desenvolver ferramentas internas, estruturar bases de conhecimento para IA, criar agentes inteligentes, automatizar processos de desenvolvimento e definir padrões que apoiem toda a equipe de engenharia.Inscreva-se abaixo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEvoluir a plataforma interna de desenvolvimento assistido por Inteligência Artificial.Desenvolver e manter Skills, Rules, Agents e outros artefatos utilizados por ferramentas de IA.Estruturar bases de conhecimento reutilizáveis para consumo por modelos de IA.Organizar documentação técnica otimizada para utilização por LLMs.Criar automações que reduzam atividades manuais e aumentem a produtividade da engenharia.Pesquisar continuamente novas tecnologias e ferramentas de IA aplicadas ao desenvolvimento de software.Participar das decisões de arquitetura e engenharia de software.Apoiar a definição de padrões técnicos e boas práticas de desenvolvimento.Produzir documentação técnica clara, organizada e reutilizável.Compartilhar conhecimento técnico por meio de treinamentos, documentação e demonstrações práticas.Apoiar os desenvolvedores na adoção de ferramentas de IA para aumento de produtividade e qualidade.Contribuir para a evolução contínua da engenharia de software da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEsperamos que você tenhaEnsino superior concluído em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia ou areas correlatas;Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software.Experiência em arquitetura de software.Experiência utilizando LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini ou similares).Experiência sólida com Engenharia de Prompts.Experiência utilizando ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistidas por IA (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf ou similares).Experiência com Git.Experiência desenvolvendo APIs REST.Experiência em automação de processos de desenvolvimento.Conhecimento em boas práticas de engenharia de software.Conhecimento em Design de APIs.
