Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPreparação de Ingredientes:Lavar, descascar e cortar frutas, legumes e outros ingredientes.Medir e pesar ingredientes conforme as receitas.Auxílio na Cozinha:Apoiar os cozinheiros na preparação de pratos.Manter a organização e a limpeza das áreas de trabalho.Cuidado com os Utensílios:Utilizar e manter limpos os utensílios de cozinha, como facas, panelas e eletrodomésticos.Reportar a necessidade de reposição de materiais e utensílios.Armazenamento de Alimentos:Organizar e armazenar adequadamente os alimentos, respeitando as normas de segurança alimentar.Rotular e armazenar os produtos em conformidade com as diretrizes de validade.Higiene e Segurança:Seguir as normas de higiene e segurança alimentar durante todo o processo de trabalho.Manter a limpeza das áreas de preparo e de equipamentos.Auxílio em Limpezas:Realizar a limpeza diária da cozinha, incluindo mesas, bancadas e pisos.Auxiliar na limpeza de utensílios e equipamentos após o uso.Colaboração com a Equipe:Trabalhar em equipe com outros membros da cozinha para garantir um bom fluxo de trabalho.Comunicar-se de forma clara com os cozinheiros e outros colaboradores.Aprendizado e Desenvolvimento:Participar de treinamentos e cursos relacionados à culinária e segurança alimentar.Buscar aprender novas técnicas e receitas para aprimorar suas habilidades.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEducação:Ensino fundamental completo; o ensino médio é um diferencial.Cursos ou treinamentos na área de culinária são valorizados.Experiência:Experiência prévia em cozinhas no segmento de Escola é desejável, mas não obrigatória.Familiaridade com o ambiente de trabalho na cozinha.Habilidades:Conhecimento básico sobre técnicas culinárias e preparação de alimentos.Habilidade em utilizar utensílios e equipamentos de cozinha.Higiene e Segurança:Conhecimento das normas de higiene e segurança alimentar.Capacidade de seguir procedimentos de limpeza e organização.Trabalho em Equipe:Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe.Disposição para colaborar e ajudar outros membros da equipe.Organização e Multitarefa:Habilidade para manter a organização em um ambiente de trabalho dinâmico.Capacidade de realizar várias tarefas ao mesmo tempo, mantendo a qualidade.Flexibilidade:Adaptabilidade a diferentes situações e demandas na cozinha.Atributos Pessoais:Proatividade e vontade de aprender.Boa resistência física para lidar com longas horas em pé e movimentação de objetos pesados.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Convenio médico;Convênio odontológico;Seguro de vida;Abono especial;Vale transporte;Vale alimentação;Convênio farmácia;Saúde e bem-estar: Convenio Totapass;Alimentação gratuita na instituição.
