Nós somos a maior instituição associativa da América Latina, fundada há 95 anos, contamos com cerca de 250 mil associados servidores públicos do estado de São Paulo.Nosso objetivo é proporcionar uma experiência única ao associado, favorecendo a saúde física, mental e social através das atividades em nossa Sede, nas Unidades de Lazer e Regionais.Somos reconhecidos no mercado pela nossa liderança em performance, pelo desenvolvimento com rentabilidade, transparência, ética e responsabilidade social.A gente sabe que o talento certo faz toda a diferença, por isso estamos buscando um(a) Ajudante de Governança para completar o nosso Time, fazer acontecer e criar coisas incríveis juntos(as)!Se você gosta de trabalhar em equipe, essa vaga é sua!Vamos construir o futuro juntos(as)? 🚀Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Ajudante de Governança você será uma peça-chave na realização das atividades do setor, garantindo a excelência de atendimento aos nossos Associados.O ajudante de governança tem como missão auxiliar nas atividades operacionais, garantindo a limpeza, organização dos apartamentos e áreas comuns das Unidades de Lazer, garantindo os padrões de qualidade, higiene e conforto estabelecidos pela governança, contribuindo para a excelência na experiência do hóspede.📌 O que você vai fazer:Executar a arrumação, limpeza e sanitização dos apartamentos e áreas comuns, com adequada atenção aos padrões operacionais;Controlar o reabastecimento, organização e conferência de enxoval, amenities e outros itens nos quartos, seguindo procedimentos estabelecidos;Coletar e separar corretamente as roupas limpas e usadas, encaminhando-as à lavanderia, conforme rotinas definidas;Operar máquinas industriais de lavanderia e realizar a passadoria de roupas e uniformes, com atenção à qualidade do serviço;Realizar ajustes simples e costuras em peças com pequenos defeitos, quando necessário;Atuar no acompanhamento do envio e recebimento de rouparia, conforme orientação;Participar da vistoria de quartos durante o check-out, prestando apoio na conferência;Informar à liderança eventuais anomalias ou necessidades de reparo, sempre que identificadas;Cuidar da conservação dos produtos e ferramentas utilizados, zelando pelo uso adequado;Verificar e reabastecer os carrinhos, áreas sociais e UHs com itens essenciais, conforme rotina operacional;Organizar e manter limpos os armários da rouparia, seguindo padrões estabelecidos;Atender solicitações rotineiras dos hóspedes, de forma cordial e dentro das orientações;Comunicar de imediato à recepção quanto a itens esquecidos, conforme procedimento;Separar e destinar corretamente resíduos recicláveis e não recicláveis, de acordo com as normas;Seguir as instruções de trabalho e padrões de qualidade da empresa;Executar atividades correlatas.Requisitos e qualificações📚 Requisitos:Ensino fundamentalDesejável experiência ou vivência em serviços gerais, limpeza ou apoio operacional🌟 O que esperamos de você:Capacidade de trabalhar em equipeDisciplinaOrganização💼 O que oferecemos:Ambiente colaborativo e dinâmicoOportunidade de aprendizado e desenvolvimento profissionalInformações adicionais📍 Local e Horário de trabalho: AFPESP - UL IbiráHorário: 8h as 16h20⏰ Modelo de trabalho:TemporárioPresencial✨ Nossos Benefícios:Refeição no LocalSeguro de VidaVale Transporte (Van da Empresa)#VemComAGente #NovaOportunidade
