O Ajudante de Motorista tem como missão acompanhar o Motorista na distribuição dos materiais de rede elétrica de acordo com a programação do cliente. É necessário ter responsabilidade e zelo, garantindo os requisitos legais de segurança e cumprimento das normas internas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar assistência aos motoristas nas manobras do caminhão;Prestar assistência durante a movimentação do Munck colaborando para uma operação mais segura;Apoiar os motoristas na amarração e colocação de lonas nos caminhões garantindo a segurança da operação de carga, descarga e trânsito dos veículos;Auxiliar no carregamento e descarregamento dos caminhões tanto no Centro de Distribuição quanto nas bases avançadas;Conferência dos materiais carregados e descarregados (item e peso);Garantir que o serviço seja executado;Inspecionar a condição de uso dos EPI, EPC e Ferramental;Comunicar, de imediato as situações que considerar de risco;Informar aos Supervisores e Téc. de Segurança qualquer incidente;Participar de treinamentos para habilitação nos procedimentos de trabalho e segurança;Zelar pela conservação dos bens patrimoniais, solicitando manutenção, reparo e/ou reposição, sempre que necessário;Conhecer e praticar os valores e visão da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesHard Skills (Habilidades técnicas)Ensino fundamental completo;Experiência com Operação de Munck;Experiência com transporte de materiais.Soft Skills (Habilidades comportamentais)Tomada de decisão, atenção concentrada, compromisso com a segurança, comunicação, disciplina, equilíbrio emocional, foco no cliente, organização, proatividade, resiliência, responsabilidade, trabalho em equipe, agilidade, comprometimento, disponibilidade e colaboração.O que procuramos em cada colaborador: Trabalhe com segurança, seja criativo, colaborativo, empático, dissemine o conhecimento, seja sustentável.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos?🩺 Para cuidar da sua saúde, oferecemos Plano de Saúde (extensível aos dependentes legais), Plano Odontológico, Telemedicina e Seguro de Vida;🚗 Vale transporte ou vale combustível.
