Somos uma Incorporadora, Construtora e Imobiliária!Fazemos a aquisição do terreno, desenvolvemos os produtos, aprovamos, construímos e vendemos através de uma operação de vendas. Também realizamos todo o relacionamento com parceiros, vizinhança e clientes e assistência técnica aos proprietários e moradores. Desde 2010, em nossa criação, acreditamos no potencial de construção de histórias com nossos clientes e, para fazer parte de suas vidas, fomos além: estabelecemos um compromisso com a qualidade e empreendimentos eficientes. ACREDITAMOS EM MUDANÇAS, PRINCIPALMENTE DE VIDAS. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesManter o adequado funcionamento do almoxarifado, realizando trabalho coletivo com a equipe operacional, conduzindo funções administrativas e manuais no almoxarifado da obra, referente à descarga e conferência de materiais, recebimento de notas fiscais, organização de prateleiras, paletes e do pátio e controle físico de entrada e saída de insumos do almoxarifado.Controle diário de materiais estocados, mantê-lo atualizado e ter total ciência do destino e do consumo diário ou por local de cada item do almoxarifado.Realizar baixa diária de estoque;Levantamento de materiais de consumo diários;Controlar equipamentos, logística de canteiro para materiais - tipo Kanban, recebimento de materiais e NF.Manter a organização do almoxarifado e do canteiro de obras, com a identificação correta dos materiais e os seus armazenamentos;Controlar o recebimento dos materiais dentro dos prazos estipulados, não deixar faltar material de insumos.Controlar saída e devolução de equipamentos e consumo de materiais.Efetuar demais atividades de suporte em obras.Interagir com a equipe de trabalho com dinamismo para realizar os trâmites necessários no tempo correto.Treinar os auxiliares de almoxarifes nas melhores práticas de mercado quanto ao setor;Sugerir e propor melhorias no processo como todo de almoxarife;Auxiliar na gestão de resíduos no canteiro de obras, evitando o desperdício;Treinar e desenvolver potenciais talentos do setor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExcel Intermediário a AvançadoConhecimento de Almoxarifado de ObrasLiderança de EquipeDiferencial: Conhecimento na plataforma SiengeInformações adicionaisBenefícios:Salário fixo + premiação mensalAlimentação na ObraVale TransportePlano Odontológico por adesãoSeguro de vidaPlano de Saúde por adesãoDayOff
