Gestar o estoque da organização, garantindo que os materiais e produtos necessários estejam disponíveis e na quantidade adequada para atender as demandas das áreas e Unidades de negócio, assegurando a conformidade do estoque da Empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a conferência física e documental dos materiais recebidos, verificando notas fiscais, pedidos de compra, quantidades, especificações técnicas e condições dos itens, assegurando a conformidade com os requisitos estabelecidos;Organizar e acondicionar os materiais de acordo com sua natureza, criticidade, validade e frequência de uso, respeitando critérios de segurança, layout definido, identificação adequada e melhores práticas de armazenagem;Registrar e atualizar as movimentações de entrada e saída de materiais no sistema, garantindo a rastreabilidade, a acuracidade das informações e a confiabilidade dos saldos de estoque;Executar inventários rotativos e periódicos, realizando a conciliação física e sistêmica, identificando divergências e apoiando as análises e ajustes necessários;Separar, emitir e disponibilizar materiais conforme solicitações e reservas das áreas de manutenção, produção e demais setores, assegurando o atendimento dentro dos prazos estabelecidos; Registrar, identificar e encaminhar materiais devolvidos, avariados ou não conformes, apoiando a tratativa junto às áreas de Compras, Qualidade e Fornecedores;Zelar pelo correto manuseio, armazenamento e conservação dos materiais, cumprindo as normas de Saúde, Segurança, Meio Ambiente e requisitos legais aplicáveis;Reportar aos líderes diretos e/ou indiretos sobre os processos, projetos e planos de ação da área, bem como dificuldades e necessidades para a continuidade dos resultados da área e sustentabilidade do negócio; Disseminar o propósito, visão, valores da Expresso São Miguel para a unidade, perpetuando a cultura da empresa e o atingimento dos objetivos estratégicos da organização; Disseminar as atualizações das políticas, processos e demais orientações, vindas do corporativo e diretoria da empresa;Manter-se atualizado em relação às tendências de metodologias e inovações tecnológicas de sua área de atuação e das necessidades do setor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em atividades de gestão de manutenção ou faciliteis e atividades de almoxarifado/controle de materiais;Ensino médio completo;CNH Categoria "B".Informações adicionais
