Empresa está contratando Almoxarife, inscreva-se para saber mais detalhes!! Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Almoxarife, você focará em:Controlar, organizar e conferir todos os materiais lançados no sistema quando os mesmos forem lançados no setor Fiscal; Manter o almoxarifado limpo e organizado, posicionando os materiais de forma adequada e eficiente; Controlar a identificação física dos materiais, objetivando a separação ágil e correta; Receber os materiais entregues pelos fornecedores, conferindo as notas fiscais com os pedidos, verificando suas quantidades e especificações, garantindo a conformidade do material recebido; Organizar e estocar os materiais conforme suas características, observando as normas de estocagem, objetivando a facilitação de sua localização e manuseio; Separar os materiais necessários de acordo com as requisições, notas fiscais ou OP (Ordem de Produção), observando todas as normas e procedimentos adotados pela empresa, para assegurar o atendimento adequado das solicitações dentro do prazo; Entregar o material separado aos usuários, fornecendo-os em tempo hábil, observando as normas de segurança e qualidade; Conduzir inventário rotativo mensalmente, objetivando a acuracidade dos estoques; Colaborar com o preparo de relatórios e atualizações periódicas de inventários; Manter o controle do estoque através de registros apropriados, lançando devidamente no sistema ERP todas as entradas e saídas de mercadorias conforme orientações do Supervisor de Logística; Aprovar pré-pedidos de materiais que serão utilizados na operação e que são enviados para as filiais, no sistema ERP, para emissão da nota fiscal de saída; Realizar controle de obsolescência de materiais em estoque, evitando perdas de materiais; Acompanhar os níveis de estoque reportando a área de planejamento as distorções; Comunicar pontualmente a supervisão a ocorrência de problemas ou eventuais falhas que possam atrasar o atendimento das solicitações de materiais; Executar demais atividades correlatas ao cargo, segundo necessidades da área e direcionamento do líder imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos básicos, você deve ter:Nível técnico em logística, administração ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento Intermediário em Técnicas de estocagem de Materiais;Conhecimento Básico em Excel;Noções em Auditoria de estoque. Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Vale Refeição ou Vale Alimentação - Flexivel (Ifood Benefícios);Wellhub (Gympass);Convênios com farmácias ;Niver off;Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Convênios com instituições de ensino.O que você vai encontrar aqui:Ambiente de aprendizado contínuo;Cultura de colaboração entre os times.Outras informações:Salário: R$1.946,42
