Procuramos alguém com forte senso de organização, capacidade de gestão de materiais e atenção aos detalhes, qualidades essenciais para lidar com as rotinas logísticas do almoxarifado, incluindo recebimento, conferência, armazenamento e registro de movimentações de materiais.Buscamos uma pessoa proativa, comprometida com a precisão das informações, capaz de manter o ambiente organizado e de garantir um fluxo ágil e eficiente de materiais, colaborando diretamente com diferentes áreas da empresa para assegurar que os processos internos aconteçam de forma segura e integradaResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesArmazenar produtos seguindo normas de segurança e organização do almoxarifado.Registrar entradas e saídas no sistema, mantendo o estoque atualizado (incluindo uso de sistemas ERP/SAP quando aplicável).Atender solicitações internas, garantindo agilidade e precisão na entrega de materiais para setores demandantes.Realizar inventários periódicos, conciliando informações físicas e sistêmicas.Manter o almoxarifado organizado, limpo e padronizado, cuidando da movimentação segura dos itens.Elaborar e manter atualizadas planilhas de controle; e pelo cumprimento das políticas e procedimentos da empresaRealizar o atendimento e relacionamento com clientes internos, assegurando agilidade, clareza e eficiência na comunicação e no atendimento às demandas.Efetuar a gestão de Facilities, acompanhando serviços terceirizados, manutenção predial, insumos, contratos e demais atividades relacionadas à infraestrutura.Executar o recebimento, conferência, movimentação e controle de materiais, assegurando a correta armazenagem e registro conforme normas internas.Realizar lançamentos e controles administrativos relacionados a pagamentos, notas fiscais, requisições e demais documentos financeiros da área.Elaborar, alimentar e manter planilhas de controle e relatórios gerenciais, garantindo a atualização e confiabilidade das informações.Prestar apoio à gestão de frota, acompanhando controles de utilização, manutenção, documentação, abastecimento e demais rotinas administrativas.Apoiar auditorias internas, inventários e demais atividades de controle, contribuindo para a organização e conformidade dos processos.Zelar pela organização do ambiente de trabalho e pelo cumprimento das políticas e procedimentos da empresaRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio ou técnico completoDesejável superior em Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia de Produção cursos correlatos.
