Vem saber mais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrganizar a estocagem dos materiais, de forma a preservar a sua integridade física e condições de uso, de acordo com as características de cada material de acordo com o especificado na TAM (tabela de armazenamento de materiais), bem como para facilitar a sua localização e manuseio;Manter controles dos estoques, através de registros apropriados, anotando todas as entradas e saídas, visando a facilitar a reposição e elaboração dos inventários, de acordo com procedimentos específicos da área;Solicitar reposição dos materiais, conforme necessário, de acordo com as normas de manutenção de níveis mínimos de estoque;Realizar inventário mensal, visando à comparação com os dados dos registros;Separar materiais para devolução, encaminhando a documentação para os procedimentos necessários;Atender as solicitações dos usuários, fornecendo em tempo hábil os materiais e peças solicitadas;Controlar os níveis de estoques, solicitando ao responsável a compra dos materiais necessários para reposição, conforme política ou procedimentos estabelecidos para cada item;Executar serviços de entrega de materiais para os prestadores de serviços e funcionários da Obra;Zelar pela guarda, manutenção, conservação e limpeza das ferramentas, instrumentos e materiais peculiares ao trabalho, bem como dos locais;Realizar todas as atribuições acima, zelando pela sua própria segurança e a de todos;Deverá conferir os materiais no ato do recebimento, comparando com o pedido de compra correspondente;Deverá preencher a Ficha de Verificação de Materiais (FVM) e comunicar ao engenheiro, encarregado ou mestre de obra, qualquer caso de divergência;Armazenar materiais em acordo com a versão vigente da TAM (Tabela de Armazenamento de Materiais);Dar entrada na nota fiscal para que seja dada entrada do material no almoxarifado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Experiência anterior como almoxarife e em estoque;Conhecimento com Pacote Office básico;Experiência em obras residenciais será um diferencial!Informações adicionaisO que é importante para você, também é importante para nós!Os benefícios que oferecemos são: ·    Vale Transporte·    Vale Alimentação/Refeição·    Plano de Saúde·    Seguro de vida·    Participação nos lucros·    Café da manhã e da tarde·    Convênio de farmácia·    Incentivo à saúde mental·    Incentivo ao esporte (corrida de rua)·    Parcerias comerciais·    Gympass·    Somos GPTW!Quer fazer parte desse time que se orgulha de ser uma das melhores empresas para trabalhar no interior de São Paulo? Candidate-se e venha transformar vidas com a gente 💙
