Representante de Contas Ambev é responsável por atuar de forma consultiva nos canais estratégicos, garantindo atendimento qualificado, expansão da base, fidelização dos clientes e execução impecável no ponto de venda. Trabalha para maximizar o valor da marca, a rentabilidade e a experiência do cliente por meio de relacionamento, análise de dados e negociações estruturadas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidadesGarantir os 4 pilares do atendimento produtivo (carteira compradora, visitação correta e garantir a venda).Entender as necessidades de cada cliente, atuando de forma customizada por canal e perfil.Executar táticas de trade e preço dos nossos produtos (TTC): cardápios, faixas de preço, cupons digitais e gestão de geladeiras.Acompanhar contratos de exclusividade, avaliando performance e aderência.Atingir metas comerciais (volume de cerveja, volume de não alcoólicos, faturamento de marketplace, mix ideal e outros).Analisar dados (Power BI, Excel e BEES) para identificar oportunidades, priorizar ações, projetar impacto e corrigir rota.Mapear oportunidades de crescimento e inovação no cliente, propondo soluções que aumentem competitividade.Avaliar indicadores de performance (sell-in, sell-out, market share, margem e estoque).Ser elo entre cliente e áreas internas, garantindo atendimento ponta a ponta (logística, financeiro, nível de serviço e trade).Requisitos e qualificaçõesCompetências Desejáveis:  Organização, Planejamento e Disciplina;Foco em resultados;Digitalização : Facilidade em usar tecnologias, como aplicativos e smartphones;Adaptabilidade : Capacidade de se adapta e adequar a novas situações, mudanças e desafiosBoa comunicação e influência;Desejável experiência em vendas. Qualificações e Pré Requisitos: Formação: Ensino Superior Completo.Possuir CNH B ou AB definitiva, com menos de 16 pontos e nenhuma multa gravíssima nos últimos 12 meses.Informações adicionaisHoje na AMBEV nós trabalhamos com os melhores benefícios para você e também para os seus dependentes legais!
