A rotina exige habilidade em gestão de stakeholders, atuando no alinhamento de planos de trabalho, facilitação na construção e monitoramento de planos de ação decorrentes de desvios, além do acompanhamento sistemático dos faróis de performance do fluxo.Buscamos alguém que já utilize e tenha construído soluções práticas baseadas em IA Generativa e automações no seu dia a dia de trabalho para otimizar rotinas de governança e acelerar análises de fluxo.

Experiência com gestão de fluxo de trabalho (Kanban/Delivery), agilidade sistêmica e governança operacional em ambientes de tecnologia;Experiencia com Azure DevOps (gestão de regras de processo, queries, workflows, rastreabilidade de itens de trabalho do Delivery Flow e governança da qualidade dos dados);Aplicação e análise diária de métricas oficiais de fluxo (System Lead Time, Cycle Time Downstream, Flow Efficiency, Throughput, WIP, WIP Aging, Blocker Metricsa);Experiência no fornecimento de mecanismos, visões e acompanhamentos que suportem os times na busca por maior previsibilidade de entrega;Vivência em gestão tática de stakeholders: alinhamento de planos de entrega, condução de planos de ação para tratamento de gargalos e gestão visual de indicadores e faróis de performance;Aplicação e acompanhamento de acordos de trabalho como Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), gestão de bloqueios (Block Management) e categorização de esforço de sustentação (Sustain Capacity);Experiência na construção e uso de soluções simples de Inteligência Artificial ou automações (ex.: criação de scripts, uso de OpenAI Codex, assistentes de IA ou automações de workflow) aplicadas para otimizar suas próprias rotinas e análises;Inglês avançado (para atuação diária em contextos e reuniões globais).Desejável:

Conhecimento com aplicação prática do modelo de maturidade Kanban (Kanban Maturity Model – KMM) para evolução gradual da eficiência dos fluxos;Certificações em métodos de gestão de fluxo e agilidade (ex.: KMM, KCP ou equivalentes).
