Liderar e desenvolver times de Dados, promovendo crescimento técnico, engajamento e alta performance. Coordenar a operação das squads, garantindo alinhamento entre negócio, produto e engenharia. Gerenciar capacidade, eficiência e alocação dos times, assegurando entregas sustentáveis e de alto impacto. Atuar como principal parceiro do time de Produto para definição de prioridades, estimativas e planejamento das entregas. Remover impedimentos técnicos e operacionais, apoiando a execução e a tomada de decisão do time. Promover refinamentos técnicos e garantir a qualidade, escalabilidade e sustentabilidade das soluções desenvolvidas. Garantir a adoção de padrões de governança, documentação e boas práticas de engenharia de dados. Definir e acompanhar OKRs e indicadores do time, alinhados aos objetivos estratégicos de Data & Analytics e do negócio. Facilitar a comunicação entre stakeholders de tecnologia, dados e negócio, assegurando alinhamento e transparência. Fomentar uma cultura orientada a dados, colaboração, aprendizado contínuo e melhoria constante.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com tecnologias de Big Data, processamento de dados em larga escala e soluções em nuvem. Experiência prévia atuando em áreas de Ciência de Dados, Analytics ou Engenharia de Dados. Experiência na liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes técnicas. Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis, como Scrum, Kanban ou similares. Conhecimento de metodologias para projetos de Ciência de Dados, como CRISP-DM, Agile-CRISP-DM ou SEMMA. Conhecimento de boas práticas de desenvolvimento de software e engenharia de dados.
