Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a implantação e manutenção de ordens de venda no sistema. Criar e atualizar tabelas de preços conforme políticas comerciais. Apoiar o cadastro e atualização de parceiros de negócios e clientes. Realizar a manutenção dos registros e informações de vendas. Analisar, conferir e aprovar pedidos enviados pela equipe comercial e representantes. Efetuar alterações em pedidos já cadastrados, como preços, prazos de entrega e condições de pagamento. Acompanhar a carteira de pedidos, realizando follow-up de antecipações, prorrogações e alinhamentos com áreas internas. Verificar disponibilidade de estoque para atendimento dos pedidos. Realizar processos de geração e estorno de remessas. Acompanhar o envio e retorno de amostras para clientes. Monitorar e analisar previsões de vendas (Forecast). Acompanhar itens parados e obsoletos em estoque, propondo ações junto às áreas envolvidas. Atuar na interface entre clientes, representantes comerciais, logística, planejamento e demais áreas de suporte.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormaçãoEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Engenharias ou áreas correlatas.ExperiênciaNecessário experiência em Customer Service, atendimento ao cliente, área comercial, administração de vendas ou funções similares.Conhecimentos TécnicosExcel intermediário.Gestão de pedidos e processos comerciais.Atendimento e relacionamento com clientes.Processos de Customer Service.Sistemas ERP, preferencialmente SAP.Indicadores de atendimento, nível de serviço e acompanhamento de pedidos.Rotinas comerciais, faturamento e logística.Acompanhamento de demandas, prazos e prioridades.DiferenciaisConhecimento em Power BI.Vivência com SAP ou outros sistemas ERP.Cursos de Customer Service, atendimento ao cliente, negociação e relacionamento comercial.
