Assegurar que a adequada administração contratual na obra é realizada, apoiando-a em suas demandas específicas, e garantir que as condições contratuais formalizadas nos contratos sejam cumpridas integralmente.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesControlar a documentação da obra e verificar, periodicamente, se são mantidas atualizadas pelos colaboradores, zelando pela documentação contratual com o cliente e subcontratados. Implementar e manter sistema de acompanhamento das documentações encaminhadas e recebidas. arquivar e manter atualizados contrato, anexos, aditivos, atas, cartas e demais correspondências da obra. Ler e interpretar o contrato, elaborando e mantendo uma matriz de obrigações com prazos, requisitos e responsáveis.

Registrar e protocolar toda a comunicação formal com o cliente, garantindo rastreabilidade.

Auxiliar no preenchimento assertivo e no registro fiel dos fatos da obra.

Alertar o Gestor da Obra e a consultoria sempre que identificar riscos ou potencial descumprimento de obrigações. Participar das reuniões com o cliente e equipe, auxiliando na elaboração e controle das atas. Auxiliar no atendimento dos requisitos de encerramento e na obtenção dos termos de aceitação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Direito - formação preferencial dado o perfil analítico necessário para interpretação das cláusulas contratuais.
