para atuar em nosso time em Jarinu/SP.Se você é uma pessoa organizada, atenta aos detalhes, com boa comunicação e interesse em desenvolver essa oportunidade pode ser ideal para você!No dia a dia, você será responsável por controlar e apoiar os processos administrativos relacionados ao faturamento, garantindo o correto acompanhamento, faturamento nos prazos previamente acordados, bem como a elaboração e atualização de relatórios e indicadores para clientes e áreas internas. Atua como suporte à operação de vendas, contribuindo para a qualidade das informações, cumprimento dos prazos e atendimento às necessidades dos clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuições·   

·         Realizar o acompanhamento dos pedidos de vendas, da geração até o faturamento;

·         Realizar a confecção de extratos de faturamento, validação interna, levantamento de informações com as áreas, aprovação e validação interna e com o cliente;

·         Monitorar o status dos pedidos e atuar junto às áreas envolvidas para garantir o cumprimento dos prazos acordados;

·         Elaborar, atualizar e analisar relatórios de vendas e indicadores;

·         Preparar relatórios de vendas, estoque e compras, fornecendo informações necessárias para clientes e para áreas internas, com envios diárias e periódicos;

·         Realizar o processo de faturamento;

·         Manter controles administrativos e bases de dados da área de Vendas atualizados;

·         Apoiar a equipe comercial com informações sobre faturamento, estoque, entregas e histórico de vendas;

·         Identificar pendências, inconsistências ou atrasos nos processos e realizar o acompanhamento até sua resolução;

·         Apoiar a preparação de análises e informações para reuniões e acompanhamento dos resultados;

·         Realizar conciliação de notas faturadas, provisões de receita junto a contabilidade e fiscal;

·         Contribuir para a melhoria e padronização dos processos administrativos da área;

·         Apoiar e executar área de pricing a geração de tabelas de preço, controle de tarifas, gravação de preço e demais atividades inerentes a precificaçãoRequisitos e qualificações·         Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Economia, Engenharia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;

·         Conhecimento de Excel, especialmente para elaboração e manutenção de controles e relatórios;

·         Capacidade de trabalhar com dados, indicadores e informações comerciais;

·         Organização e atenção aos detalhes;

·         Boa comunicação e capacidade de interação com diferentes áreas;
