Controle e acompanhamento de tributos, taxas, aluguéis e demais despesas administrativas. Conferência diária de caixa, recebimentos, depósitos bancários e rotinas de controle financeiro. Suporte aos processos de admissão, desligamento, férias e organização de documentos funcionais. Gestão e controle de contratos em sistema corporativo. Administração de patrimônio e documentação legal da empresa. Acompanhamento de licenças, certificações, treinamentos obrigatórios e requisitos de segurança. Solicitação e prestação de contas de adiantamentos e despesas corporativas. Organização de arquivos e suporte às rotinas administrativas, financeiras e de recursos humanos. Apoio no cumprimento de obrigações legais, fiscais e trabalhistas.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação Acadêmica

Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos Técnicos

Legislação e rotinas fiscais. Apuração e controle de custos.

Idiomas

Inglês intermediário.

Cursos e Certificações

Cursos na área Fiscal e/ou Custos.

Outros Requisitos

CNH categoria B. Disponibilidade para viagens esporádicas. Disponibilidade para atuação eventual em finais de semana, conforme necessidade operacional.
