Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Administrativo para atuar gestão de compras corporativas, controle de estoque/almoxarifado e rotinas financeiras do escritório, garantindo abastecimento adequado, boas condições comerciais com fornecedores e suporte eficiente às áreas internas nos processos de aquisição. Esse profissional irá integrar nossa equipe na unidade de Ribeirão Preto/SP.Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Compras corporativas (todas as unidades)

Conduzir processo de cotação com múltiplos fornecedores, garantindo competitividade Negociar preços, prazos de entrega e condições comerciais (pagamento, frete, garantia) Desenvolver e homologar novos fornecedores (avaliação técnica, comercial e cadastral) Consolidar demandas de compra entre as unidades para ganho de escala e padronização Gerenciar relacionamento e SLA com fornecedores recorrentes

2. Gestão de almoxarifado e controle de estoque

Controlar entradas e saídas de materiais e insumos Realizar inventários periódicos e conciliar estoque físico x sistêmico Definir e monitorar estoque mínimo/ponto de reposição por unidade Organizar layout, endereçamento e conservação dos itens em estoque Prevenir rupturas, perdas e obsolescência de materiais

3. Registros financeiros e ERP

Lançar compromissos financeiros (contas a pagar) no sistema ERP Realizar baixas de pagamentos e conciliação Garantir a correta classificação contábil e de centro de custo dos lançamentos Apoiar o fechamento mensal com relatórios de despesas por unidade/categoria

4. Suporte a clientes internos (requisições de compra)

Orientar as áreas solicitantes quanto ao fluxo e às regras do processo de compras Validar requisições quanto a orçamento, alçada de aprovação e adequação da solicitação Acompanhar prazos de atendimento e manter os solicitantes informados sobre o status Ser o ponto focal de dúvidas relacionadas a compras e abastecimento

5. Estudos de compras em escala e geração de saving

Identificar oportunidades de compra consolidada entre as unidades do grupo Elaborar análises comparativas de preço, condições e fornecedores Estruturar propostas de redução de custo (saving), com memória de cálculo Acompanhar e reportar indicadores de economia gerada ao longo do tempoRequisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo: Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas Pacote Office, com Excel intermediário — domínio de tabela dinâmica, PROCV e PROCX Desejável experiência prévia em compras Vivência com sistemas ERP (diferencial)
