Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Analista Administrativo(a) Júnior na Loja MASP, contribuindo para os processos administrativos e comerciais da área.

No MASP, museu diverso, inclusivo e plural, esta posição será responsável por apoiar e executar rotinas administrativas e comerciais da Loja MASP, atuando em processos relacionados a compras, fornecedores, controle e reposição de estoque, vendas administrativas e atualização de informações e indicadores.

A atuação contribuirá para a organização e eficiência dos processos da área, mantendo interface com diferentes equipes internas e parceiros externos e apoiando o funcionamento das atividades da Loja MASP.

Posição: CLTEscala: 5x2 (segunda a sexta), preferencialmente das 9h às 18h com 1 hora de intervaloResponsabilidades e atribuições·         Apoiar a execução dos processos de compras diretas e em consignação, realizando cotações, emissão de pedidos de compra e acompanhamento das entregas.

·         Manter contato com fornecedores e apoiar negociações relacionadas às demandas operacionais da área, com acompanhamento da liderança.

·         Acompanhar os níveis de estoque, identificando necessidades de reposição e contribuindo para o adequado abastecimento dos produtos.

·         Apoiar a análise de informações de estoque e vendas, como giro, cobertura e volume de vendas, contribuindo para o planejamento de compras.

·         Organizar e encaminhar informações para cadastro e atualização de produtos, fornecedores, preços e demais dados nos sistemas utilizados pelo MASP.

·         Executar rotinas administrativas da área, incluindo recebimento, organização e processamento de documentos, controles internos, contratos e emissão de notas fiscais.

·         Apoiar os processos relacionados à distribuição de publicações em consignação e às vendas administrativas, realizando controles, emissão de pedidos e acompanhamento da logística.

·         Atuar em interface com áreas como Fiscal, Financeiro, Contábil, Tecnologia e outras equipes internas, contribuindo para o andamento e a resolução das demandas da área.

·         Apoiar inventários, ações externas, feiras e outras atividades relacionadas à operação da Loja MASP, conforme necessidade.

·         Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nas rotinas e processos sob sua responsabilidade, compartilhando sugestões e apoiando a implementação de melhorias.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos mínimos e habilidades:

·         Ensino superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Engenharia de Produção, Logística ou áreas correlatas.

·         Conhecimento de rotinas e processos administrativos.

·         Noções de compras e relacionamento com fornecedores.

·         Noções de controle de estoque e logística.

·         Noções de processos fiscais relacionados à comercialização de produtos.

·         Conhecimento de Pacote Office, com Excel em nível intermediário.

·         Organização e atenção aos detalhes para acompanhamento de documentos, controles e informações.

·         Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar em interface com diferentes áreas e fornecedores.

·         Perfil colaborativo, dinâmico e com interesse em aprender e assumir novas atividades.

·         Proatividade e disposição para buscar soluções e contribuir para a melhoria dos processos.
