Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será a sua rotina de trabalho?Coletar, organizar e analisar dados e informações da área;Acompanhar indicadores (KPIs);

Realizar a auditoria de vendas de jazigos do Parque da Paz;Realizar reajustes contratuais;Gerar e enviar arquivo de remessa para a gráfica;Participar de reuniões estratégicas e fornecer suporte técnico às áreas;Prestar suporte técnico às áreas operacionais quanto a processos e uso de ferramentas, sobretudo aos times comerciais, de Call Center e Recepção;Atualizar os documentos e fluxos de processos do time;Acompanhar chamados envolvendo a área e equipes parceiras.
