Estamos em busca de profissionais com perfil consultivo, organização e boa comunicação para atuar em ambiente de atendimento ao público e apoio ao desenvolvimento de empreendedores.Escala de Trabalho: segunda à sexta feira - 8h48 às 17h, e aos sábados: 9h à 13hLocal de Trabalho: Carapicuíba - São Paulo, SPModelo de Trabalho: CLT, 100% presencialResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender presencialmente o cliente que agenda o serviço do contratante, oferecendo orientações técnicas relacionadas a temas a serem abordados no treinamento;Seguir o Código de Ética e o Guia de Boas Práticas a ser disponibilizado pelo contratante;Preparar as instalações (posicionar mesas e cadeiras, ligar os equipamentos eletrônicos e os organizadores de fila); organizar fila de visitantes;Registrar em sistema do contratante os dados cadastrais e registro dos atendimentos dos clientes atendidos e demais informações pertinentes aos atendimentos;Apresentar soluções do contratante, eventos e demais programações durante os atendimentos;Auxiliar na conservação e limpeza das instalações, limpando os equipamentos para utilização no dia seguinte.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em áreas como Administração, Contabilidade, Economia, Marketing, Gestão de Pessoas, Comunicação, Direito, Pedagogia, Matemática, Estatística, entre outras correlatas;Experiência com atendimento ao público, gestão de negócios ou suporte administrativo;Vivência com micro e pequenas empresas será um diferencial;Informações adicionaisDemais informações sobre benefícios, remuneração e detalhes da atuação serão alinhadas na entrevista.
