Junte-se a nós e candidate-se agora!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoio em Processos de Licitação:• Auxiliar na identificação e análise de oportunidades de licitações públicas e privadas, BIDs, RFI e RFQ.• Colaborar na pré-análise de contratos e editais, apontando riscos e oportunidades ao Analista Sênior.• Organizar e preparar documentação necessária para participação em licitações, garantindo cumprimento de prazos.• Acompanhar etapas do processo licitatório e registrar informações relevantes.Elaboração de Propostas e BIDs:• Auxiliar na construção de propostas técnicas e comerciais, alinhadas às necessidades do cliente e capacidades da empresa.• Coletar informações junto às áreas técnicas e comerciais para garantir consistência nas propostas.Gestão de Contratos e Reajustes:• Apoiar no monitoramento de contratos vigentes, registrando prazos, cláusulas e condições contratuais.• Auxiliar na identificação de necessidade de reajustes contratuais e na formalização junto aos clientes e fornecedores.• Controlar indicadores de desempenho dos contratos e reportar desvios para análise do Analista Sênior.Implantação de Novos Contratos:• Dar suporte à implantação de novos contratos, acompanhando etapas e ações das áreas envolvidas.• Garantir que exigências contratuais e prazos sejam cumpridos.Desenvolvimento e Homologação de Parceiros:• Apoiar na identificação e avaliação de novos parceiros comerciais.• Auxiliar no processo de homologação, incluindo coleta de documentos, auditorias básicas e controle de cadastros.Apoio em Indicadores e Processos Internos:• Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e KPIs sobre contratos, licitações e parceiros.• Colaborar na atualização de Instruções de Trabalho (IT) e processos internos.Compliance e Conformidade:• Seguir políticas internas e legislações vigentes nos processos executados.• Apoiar em auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo informações solicitadas.Requisitos e qualificações(O) Ensino Superior em Administração, Logística, Finanças ou áreas correlatas.(D) Pós-graduação em Gestão Comercial, Gestão de Processos, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas relacionadas.(O) 06 meses(D) 02 a 04 anos(O) Obrigatório(D) DesejávelInformações adicionais👩‍⚕️Convênio médico sem custo para o colaborador🦷Convênio odontológico sem custo para o colaborador🍽️ 🍎Vale alimentação ou vale refeição R$35,00🚌Vale transporte ou Auxílio combustível🪪Seguro de vida💲PLR💪Total Pass💻ICPP (Programa de Incentivo de Capacitação Profissional)😌 Programa Bem-Estar (Atendimento psicológico e ginástica laboral)🚗Estacionamento no local⏰ Horário de trabalho: Segunda a sexta das 09h00 às 18h00.
