Prestar suporte às atividades comerciais e operacionais da área, assegurando a execução e o acompanhamento dos processos de negociação, contratos, embarques, controles e atendimento aos clientes, contribuindo para o alcance dos resultados comerciais, a qualidade das informações e o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos pela empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o monitoramento dos resultados comerciais por meio do acompanhamento de indicadores, planos de ação e compromissos assumidos com clientes, portos, silos, fábricas e transbordos.Prestar suporte aos clientes, mantendo-os informados sobre o andamento de contratos, negociações, processos e demandas da área comercial.Realizar o controle, lançamento e atualização de informações em sistemas corporativos, assegurando a correta formalização das negociações e efetivação dos contratos.Acompanhar pendências, documentações, prazos e vencimentos relacionados aos processos comerciais, garantindo a fluidez das operações.Atuar como interface entre as áreas internas, promovendo a troca de informações necessárias para resolução de problemas e atendimento das demandas comerciais.Apoiar o acompanhamento de embarques e entregas junto à área de Logística, garantindo o cumprimento dos cronogramas e prazos acordados.Elaborar relatórios, controles e demonstrativos comerciais contendo informações de produtos, volumes negociados, resultados e indicadores de desempenho.Preparar relatórios de acompanhamento de culturas, escoamento de produção, embarques CIF e FOB, bem como informações de suporte à gestão.Acompanhar informações relacionadas a condições climáticas, precipitação pluviométrica, desenvolvimento de safras e lavouras, contribuindo para o planejamento comercial e estratégico.Garantir a organização e o arquivamento da documentação das negociações, mantendo registros atualizados e devidamente assinados.Acompanhar carregamentos, previsões financeiras e pagamentos vinculados às operações comerciais.Atuar junto a cartórios para obtenção de certidões e demais documentos necessários aos processos de pagamento e negociação.Manter interface com as áreas de Inteligência de Mercado e Originação Corporativa, compartilhando informações estratégicas para suporte à tomada de decisão e maximização dos resultados comerciais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento sistema operacional; Desejável experiência com extração e análise de dados;
