Acreditamos no poder da informação como ferramenta de transformação social, capacitando e preparando as pessoas para os desafios do futuro.Se você é um profissional flexível, lida bem com mudanças, tem foco em resultados e adora propor novas ideias, aqui é o seu lugar! Sua missão será: Realizar o planejamento, elaboração, acompanhamento e controle orçamentário de eventos corporativos, institucionais e projetos de branded content, atuando em parceria com as áreas de Eventos, Comercial, Marketing, Financeiro e Compras para garantir a viabilidade financeira, a rentabilidade, a correta utilização dos recursos, a previsibilidade financeira e a identificação de oportunidades de otimização dos investimentos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejamento e gestão orçamentária: Elaborar e acompanhar orçamentos de eventos corporativos, institucionais e projetos de branded content, garantindo controle de custos e aderência ao orçamento aprovado.Análise financeira e rentabilidade: Acompanhar receitas, despesas, faturamento e DRE dos projetos, analisando resultados e rentabilidade.Gestão de fornecedores: Realizar cotações, negociações e acompanhamento de contratos, compras e pagamentos, buscando otimização de custos.Controle de projetos: Monitorar mudanças de escopo, custos adicionais e impactos financeiros ao longo da execução dos eventos.Indicadores e relatórios: Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e acompanhar indicadores financeiros para apoiar a tomada de decisão.Fechamento e melhoria contínua: Realizar o fechamento financeiro dos projetos, análises pós-evento e propor melhorias nos processos orçamentários e financeiros.Interface com áreas: Atuar em parceria com Eventos, Comercial, Marketing, Financeiro e Compras para garantir o alinhamento dos projetos e resultados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDomínio de Excel avançado e Pacote Office.Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão financeira, Power BI e ferramentas de gestão de projetos.Conhecimento em negociação com fornecedores, processos de compras, contratações, pagamentos, receitas e despesas.Conhecimento em planejamento financeiro de eventos corporativos e elaboração de relatórios e indicadores de desempenho.Certificações em Gestão Financeira, Controladoria ou Gestão de Eventos.Competências ComportamentaisSenso crítico e habilidade para propor soluções e ideias inovadoras.Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e orientação para resultados.Forte organização, planejamento e bom relacionamento interpessoal.Informações adicionaisLocal de Trabalho: Avenida Engenheiro Caetano Álvares, 55 - bairro - Limão - São Paulo/SP - Zona Norte. Modelo Híbrido.
