Buscamos um (a) Analista Administrativo de Projetos para atuar em Itabuna/BA em regime CLT.Procuramos talentos que amam o que fazem, proativos, que buscam novos conhecimentos e alinhado com o nosso propósito "Transformar pessoas e organizações através da cultura de planejamento".Inscreva-se, venha fazer parte do time Planit!!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar rotinas administrativas gerais, garantindo organização e fluidez dos processos internos;Controlar e acompanhar contratos, documentos e arquivos administrativos;Apoiar os processos financeiros, incluindo contas a pagar, contas a receber e conferência de notas fiscais;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs);Dar suporte às áreas de RH, financeiro, compras e facilities;Controlar e acompanhar fornecedores e prestadores de serviço;Gerenciar compras de materiais administrativos e controle de estoque;Acompanhar processos de faturamento e medições de serviços (quando aplicável);Organizar agendas, reuniões e demandas administrativas da operação;Garantir o cumprimento de políticas internas e procedimentos da empresa;Atuar na melhoria contínua dos processos administrativos;Atuar na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais;Atuar na comunicação entre equipes envolvidas, contribuindo para a eficiência e sucesso dos projetos;Facilitar a comunicação entre equipes internas, clientes e fornecedores;Participar de reuniões de status e fornecer suporte à tomada de decisão da gerência de projetos;Documentar processos, lições aprendidas e manter registros atualizados de todos os projetos;Ser responsável também por fornecer suporte operacional e administrativo às áreas da empresa, garantindo a organização de processos, documentos e informações;Atuar no atendimento interno e externo, controle de registros e na execução de atividades que contribuem para o funcionamento eficiente da organização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Engenharia,  ou áreas correlatas; Experiência em gestão de projetos;Experiência em rotinas administrativas e suporte operacional;Experiência com controle de documentos, contratos, fornecedores e arquivos;Conhecimentos em processos financeiros, incluindo contas a pagar, contas a receber, conferência de notas fiscais e faturamento;Experiência ou conhecimento em compras, controle de estoque e acompanhamento de fornecedores;Conhecimento em elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs);Excel em nível intermediário ou avançado;Desejável conhecimento em sistemas ERP e ferramentas de gestão de projetos;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Itabuna/BA.Informações adicionaisContratação: CLTPrazo: IndeterminadoLocal de atuação: Itabuna/BAPlano de Saúde Nacional - Unimed (não há desconto para o colaborador, apenas para inclusão de familiares);Convênio Odontológico (opcional);Seguro de Vida;Vale Transporte;Alimentação no refeitório do projeto (sem descontos aplicados);Capacitação Profissional / Treinamentos (após 1 ano).Clude Sáude Consultas de Telemedicina com Clínico Geral (Uso ilimitado);Programa de prevenção de doenças gravesConsulta de Telepsicologia (Duas consultas gratuitas ao mês e R$50,00 por consulta adicional);Programa de nutrição e fitness ;Programa de saúde emocional;Consulta de Telenutrição (1 consulta por mês + Acompanhamento via Chat);Acesso a serviços de saúde com descontos;Orientação médica via telefone 24h por dia, 7 dias por semana;Descontos em medicamentos (desconto de até 80% em farmácias; Droga Raia e Drogasil, Drogaria SP e Drogaria Pacheco, Pague Menos e outras).Parcerias:Parceria com plataforma de ensino de idiomas (open English);Parceria com Movida;Parceria com Udemy.
