Venha fazer parte!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDescrição:Prestar suporte às rotinas administrativas gerais, incluindo gestão de contratos, fornecedores, seguros e documentação corporativa.Realizar lançamentos, validações e controles de despesas, cartões corporativos, reembolsos e prestações de contas.Operar e acompanhar a plataforma de viagens corporativas, incluindo solicitações, aprovações e suporte aos usuários.Registrar e acompanhar prestações de contas no sistema (ERP).Executar e acompanhar as rotinas de Contas a Pagar, Contas a Receber e Tesouraria, garantindo qualidade, cumprimento de prazos e aderência aos controles internos.Interagir com áreas internas, clientes e fornecedores para garantir o alinhamento de informações e cumprimento dos processos.Analisar fluxo de caixa, projeções e simulações, identificando desvios, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria com qualidade, consistência, rastreabilidade e análise de bases utilizadas.Elaborar relatórios e apresentações gerenciais para suporte à supervisão, gerência e diretoria: KPIs financeiros, margem, rentabilidade, EBITDA, DSO, PMR etc.Atuar na automação e otimização de processos financeiros, utilizando ferramentas como Excel, Power Query, Power BI e recursos de Inteligência Artificial.Participar de projetos financeiros e administrativos, contribuindo para aumento da eficiência operacional e melhoria dos controles.Assegurar o atendimento às normas e políticas internas, especialmente às diretrizes financeiras.Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo informações, documentos e relatórios necessários.Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificações:Ensino Superior completo ou cursando Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;Ter mais de 5 anos de experiência na área financeira;Experiência com plataforma de viagens corporativas;Vivência com gestão e controle de cartões de crédito corporativos;Inglês intermediário.Diferenciais:Experiência com DATASUL & PROTHEUS (Totvs);Inglês avançado;Conhecimento em Power BI e Power Query;Experiência no mercado de OPME - Órteses, Próteses e Materiais Especiais.
