Além disso, deverá redigir relatórios, monitorar movimentações financeiras e propor soluções criativas para melhorias contantes no setor.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar de forma proativa e eficiente nos processos de faturamento, tesouraria, conferências financeiras para liberações de vendas, conciliações bancárias e de cartão de crédito entre outros processos de controladoria;Consolidar e analisar dados financeiros (orçamentos, previsões de demonstração de resultados, etc.), tendo em conta os objetivos e a capacidade financeira da empresa;Fornecer alternativas criativas e recomendações para reduzir custos e melhorar o desempenho financeiro;Montar e resumir dados para estruturar relatórios sofisticados sobre status e riscos financeiros;Desenvolver modelos financeiros, realizar benchmarking e análise de processos;Realizar estudos de negócios sobre desempenho passado e futuro, além de desenvolver modelos de previsão;Identificar tendências e recomendar ações ao analista financeiro sênior com base em avaliações sólidas;Conduzir iniciativas de melhoria de processos e desenvolvimento de políticas que afetam a função.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior em Finanças, Economia ou áreas correlatas;De 2 a 3 anos de experiência na área;Proficiência em planilhas, bancos de dados, MS Office e aplicativos de software financeiro;Experiência prática com análise estatística e pacotes estatísticos;Conhecimento de previsão e diagnóstico financeiro, de finanças corporativas e de análise de informações;Atualização constante em assuntos financeiros, contabilidade, leis fiscais, mercado monetário e ambientes de negócios;Habilidade de comunicação e de apresentação de relatórios.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosRemuneração compatível;Plano de Saúde - Plano Odontológico - Vale Alimentação/Refeição - Benefício Flexível;Vale Transporte ou Auxílio Combustível;Premiação baseada em avaliação de desempenho;Ambiente agradável e descontraído;Viagens de premiação;Desconto em viagens;
