Controle patrimonialAcompanhar e manter atualizado o patrimônio da empresa, incluindo cadastro, movimentação, inventário, conservação e documentação dos bens.Compras e fornecedoresGerenciar compras e contratações administrativas, realizando cotações, negociações e acompanhamento de fornecedores, entregas, contratos, assinaturas e licenças de softwares, buscando otimização de custos. Contas a pagarOrganizar e acompanhar os pagamentos de fornecedores e prestadores, garantindo conferência de documentos, cumprimento de prazos e tratamento de eventuais pendências. Conciliação bancária Conferir as movimentações bancárias e os lançamentos financeiros, identificando e regularizando divergências e apoiando o fechamento financeiro mensal.Faturamento Controlar e executar o faturamento dos clientes, garantindo a emissão correta das notas fiscais dentro dos prazos fiscais e contratuais, além do acompanhamento dos vencimentos.Gestão de contratosOrganizar e acompanhar contratos administrativos, comerciais e de prestação de serviços, controlando vigências, reajustes, renovações, aditivos e demais obrigações contratuais.Indicadores e relatóriosElaborar e atualizar relatórios e indicadores dos processos administrativos e financeiros, garantindo dados confiáveis para apoiar decisões e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino superior completo (ou em conclusão) em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou Economia.Experiência TécnicaVivência prévia, no mínimo 5 anos, em rotinas administrativas e financeiras;Excel avançado;Sistemas ERP, Omie será um diferencial.Competências ComportamentaisSenso de dono;Organização e planejamento;Foco no cliente (interno e externo);Capacidade analítica e orientação a dados para elaboração de relatórios e indicadores;Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar com múltiplas frentes simultaneamente;Gestão de conflitos;Comunicação clara e objetiva;Ética e responsabilidade.
