O que buscamos Uma pessoa que tenha senso de responsabilidade, organização, visão analítica e iniciativa, que consiga atuar com autonomia nas rotinas da área e, ao mesmo tempo, tenha boa comunicação para se relacionar com famílias, fornecedores e demais áreas da escola.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades Controlar contas a pagar e a receber;

Acompanhar e controlar a inadimplência;

Conferir notas fiscais e documentos para pagamento;

Realizar o agendamento de pagamentos;

Realizar conciliação bancária;

Controlar e acompanhar as despesas do cartão corporativo;

Apoiar a elaboração e análise do DRE;

Analisar solicitações de compras;

Realizar cotações e compras de insumos;

Acompanhar e analisar o estoque;

Acompanhar pedidos e entregas junto aos fornecedores;

Organizar e encaminhar documentos para a contabilidade;

Prestar suporte financeiro às famílias, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre pagamentos, boletos, cobranças e demais assuntos financeiros;

Manter controles e registros administrativos e financeiros atualizados. Requisitos e qualificações RequisitosEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas e financeiras;Conhecimento em contas a pagar e a receber, conciliação bancária e controle de inadimplência;Experiência com conferência de notas fiscais e processos de pagamento;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel ou Google Sheets;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de acompanhamento de prazos;Boa comunicação e facilidade para atendimento às famílias e relacionamento com fornecedores;Perfil analítico, proativo e com capacidade de trabalhar com autonomiaSerá considerado um diferencial Experiência com DRE e indicadores financeiros;

Experiência com compras, cotações e controle de estoque;

Experiência anterior em instituições de ensino.
