A vaga:Reportando-se ao Gerente Financeiro/Contábil, o Analista Administrativo Financeiro Júnior será responsável por apoiar as rotinas financeiras e contábeis da empresa, garantindo precisão nos registros, eficiência nos processos e geração de insights por meio da análise de dados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo seu dia-a-dia você vai:Conferir e analisar pagamentos de contas e impostos no sistema financeiro;Gerar relatórios de contas a pagar e cobrança para análise semanal;Atualizar o fluxo de caixa diário e acompanhar saldos das contas;Emitir notas fiscais para clientes;Realizar conciliação bancária de pagamentos e recebimentos;Cadastrar contas a pagar no ERP;Garantir a confidencialidade das informações financeiras;Análise de dados para relatórios gerenciais e suporte à tomada de decisão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara fazer parte do time você deve ter: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Contabilidade, Finanças ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento avançado em Excel (tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas, dashboards);Experiência com software financeiro e ERP;Conhecimento em fluxo de caixa e legislação contábil vigente;Vivência com ferramentas de dados/analytics (Power BI, Looker Studio ou similares).Competências comportamentais:Organização e gestão de tempo;Comunicação eficaz e relacionamento interpessoal;Raciocínio rápido e visão analítica;Proatividade, resiliência e foco em resultados;Capacidade de manter confidencialidade e atuar de forma estratégica.Também é legal se você tiver: Certificação profissional (CRC ou CRA);Experiência prévia em funções administrativas/financeiras similares.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos:Vale-refeição;Vale-alimentação;Assistência Médica SulAmérica;Assistência Odontológica Care Plus;Wellhub;Psicologia Viva;Conexa Saúde;Day off no aniversário;Auxílio Home Office;OnHappy;Parceria com o SESC;Seguro de vida.
