Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar nas rotinas de Tesouraria & Finanças, com atividades de contas a pagar e receber, conciliação bancária, emissão de boletos e conferência de documentos. Também será responsável por apoiar demandas de Jurídico & Compliance e Controles Internos, contribuindo com a gestão de certidões, contratos, faturas e prazos. Procuramos alguém organizado, atento aos detalhes, comunicativo, discreto e proativo.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Tesouraria & FinançasOperação diária de contas a pagar e receber;Conciliação bancária;Emissão de boletos;Conferência de notas fiscais e comprovantes.Apoio Jurídico & ComplianceEmissão e controle de certidões negativas (federais, estaduais, municipais e trabalhistas);Consultas cadastrais no Serasa;Gestão operacional de contratos no Adobe Sign (upload, envio e cobrança de assinaturas).Controles InternosGestão de faturas corporativas (telefonia Claro, aplicativos de táxi/mobilidade);Monitoramento de cronogramas e vencimentos de apólices de seguro.

Requisitos e qualificações

Formação AcadêmicaSuperior completo ou cursando em Administração de Empresas ou Ciências Contábeis (áreas financeiras afins também são aceitas).Conhecimentos TécnicosDomínio das rotinas financeiras de contas a pagar/receber e controles administrativos;Excel intermediário/avançado (PROCV/PROCX, fórmulas condicionais, filtros e tabelas dinâmicas para controle de planilhas);Familiaridade com plataformas de assinatura digital (Adobe Sign) e órgãos públicos/consultas (Serasa/CNDs);Diferencial: Vivência com sistemas ERP.Competências ComportamentaisOrganização e atenção a detalhes: Fundamental para gerenciar múltiplos prazos simultâneos (vencimentos de seguros, certidões e pagamentos).Comunicação assertiva: Facilidade para interagir com fornecedores, cobrar assinaturas de contratos e se comunicar com diferentes áreas internas.Discrição e proatividade: Postura ética no manuseio de dados confidenciais e autonomia para resolver pendências do dia a dia.
