Valorizamos um ambiente colaborativo, dinâmico e orientado para resultados. Fazer parte da Technogym é cuidar de você, desenvolver seu potencial e construir uma carreira em um ambiente que valoriza inovação, performance e qualidade de vida.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstruturação do Ciclo de Compras (P2P - Purchase-to-Pay),atuando ativamente na implantação do módulo de compras do novo ERP, configurando parâmetros, fluxos de aprovação e hierarquias de Requisição de Compra (RC) e Ordens de Compra (PO);Liderar o processo de transformação do modelo descentralizado (atual) em um modelo de Compras Centralizadas, garantindo que nenhuma transação ocorra sem o devido lastro sistêmico;Gestão e Homologação de Fornecedores, criando e mantendo cadastro mestre de fornecedores e produtos/serviços adquiridos (Master Data), garantindo compliance fiscal e financeiro;Garantir que as compras estejam alinhadas ao Budget da empresa e ao Fluxo de Caixa, maximizando o DPO (prazo médio de pagamento);Desenvolver a política de Sourcing (seleção de fornecedores);Implementação de KPIs de Compras;Realizar cotações (biddings) e negociações de médio prazo, buscando contratos que tragam previsibilidade de preço e prazos, reduzindo a necessidade de compras "spot" de última hora.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior em Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Excel nível intermediário: Tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas de análise (PROCV, SOMASE, INDICE.CORRESP, entre outros;Visão de Processo: Entender a jornada do dado desde a requisição até a conciliação bancária;Experiência em Compras, Logística e/ou correlatos;Capacidade de mobilização: Ter a habilidade de dialogar com diferentes públicos e conduzir todos os adquirentes internos de produtos e serviços aos novos processos;Diferencial:Conhecimentos em ERP: Será considerado como diferencial ter experiência prévia em implantação ou ter sido key user (usuário chave) de módulo de compras em ERPs (SAP, Totvs, Senior ou similares).
