Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir projetos estratégicos voltados à melhoria, modernização e eficiência dos processos da Superintendência;Promover o mapeamento e a revisão dos fluxos de trabalho, identificando gargalos, oportunidades de melhoria, simplificação e automatização de processos;Propor e implementar melhorias nos processos das gerências, considerando boas práticas de mercado, inovação e eficiência operacional;Conduzir iniciativas de gestão da mudança relacionadas à implantação de novos processos, ferramentas e formas de trabalho;Aplicar metodologias ágeis na estruturação e condução de projetos e iniciativas de melhoria da Superintendência;Estruturar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho e acordos de nível de serviço (SLAs), apoiando o cumprimento de prazos, entregas e resultados;Acompanhar a evolução dos projetos e iniciativas da Superintendência, consolidando informações, resultados, riscos e pontos de atenção para suporte à tomada de decisão;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas, comunicando resultados, avanços e oportunidades de melhoria;Atuar de forma integrada com as gerências da Superintendência e áreas parceiras, como Gestão de Projetos e Tecnologia da Informação, para viabilizar melhorias e soluções;Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas à evolução de serviços e processos da Superintendência, como portal de compras, mobilidade urbana e acessibilidade, entre outros projetos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação AcadêmicaGraduação completa em Administração, Economia, Direito ou áreas correlatas. Experiência ProfissionalAcompanhamento de projetos e iniciativas de melhoria e transformação de processos;Mapeamento, análise e redesenho de processos, com identificação de gargalos e proposição de melhorias;Acompanhamento de indicadores, prazos, entregas e resultados;Elaboração e análise de relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas;Implantação e acompanhamento de indicadores e acordos de nível de serviço (SLAs);Articulação com diferentes áreas e stakeholders para implementação de projetos e melhorias.
