Responsável pelo apoio administrativo e financeiro ao Instituto de Pesquisa do Hospital Moinhos de Vento, de acordo com os procedimentos e normas estabelecidas pela Instituição, visando contribuir para a organização das pesquisas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no processo de negociação de valores com a indústria patrocinadora.Acompanhando o comportamento das previsões orçamentárias em relação ao previsto X realizado e, realizar a prestação de contas das pesquisas, através de relatórios e apresentações padrão.Verificar divergências entre previsto nos orçamentos e o realizado no projeto a fim de apoiar a liderança.Executar a preparação, emissão e distribuição de relatórios diversos referentes a pesquisa, controlando as etapas e SLAs da pesquisa clínica.Organizar, arquivar e controlar a documentação da pesquisa com o objetivo de facilitar o acesso aos mesmos e apoiar a elaboração de relatórios técnico-financeiros.Organizar a logística de reuniões, treinamentos e outros eventos dos projetos, realizando aluguel de espaços físicos e demais equipamentos necessários ao evento.Auxiliar as equipes da pesquisa em que estiver atuando no processo de compras de ativos, realizando o registro do sistema, acompanhando o processo e recebendo os itens adquiridos, finalizando a entrega ao solicitante com termo de responsabilidade.Receber e conferir informações das notas fiscais da pesquisa em que estiver atuando, conferindo dados da instituição, valor, assinatura e atividades conforme projeto, realizando registro em planilha controle, para encaminhar para pagamento conforme previsto em orçamento.Auxiliar na comunicação entre os membros (convites para reuniões e controle de presenças); elaborar atas e auxiliar na redação de documentos.Apoiar nas demais atividades administrativas e financeiras relacionadas à pesquisa, quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade Básica: Ensino superior completo em Administração ou áreas afins.Escolaridade Desejável: Pós-Graduação em Administração ou áreas afins.Conhecimento de pacote Office.Desejável conhecimento em projetos e/ou pesquisas.Informações adicionaisHorário das 08hs ás 18hs - segunda á quinta-feira, sextas-feiras das 08hs ás 17hs.
